There are more than 6000 languages available worldwide. Suppose that the visitor comes to your site from a specific region, then he can read your content using the Google Translate feature.
However, it does not translate very well, but according to the need is quite good.

How to Add Google Translate in WordPress Site
For Google translator, first, you need to install and activate the Google Language Translator plugin on your site.
After activating the Google translate plugin, you will need to click on the Settings >> Google Language Translator to configure it. As you can see in the screenshot below,
Here, check the Plugin Status box. After this, select Default language for your website, and in which languages you want to translate your website.
Once you’re done configuring the settings, click on the “Save changes” button to store your setting.
Now, click on Appearance >> Widgets and drag and drop the Google Language Translator widget to your blog’s sidebar.
Congratulation! You have added the Google Translate button to your site. Visitors can now easily access your content in multiple languages.
