How to Apply for PAN Card through Aadhar Card
Using Aadhaar card, you can create a PAN card in PDF format in 10 minutes and can also get a laminated PAN card by making a payment of ₹ 50.
How to apply for Instant PAN Card online:
First go to the Income Tax Department website (https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home). After this, click on the Instant PAN through Aadhaar.

In the next page you will see two options: – Get New PAN and Check Status / Download PAN… You have to click on Get New PAN.

Then enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code. Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number. After entering the OTP, enter your email ID and fill in the information required for the PAN card.

You can download your PAN card in PDF format after 10 minutes of filling the form. After applying, you will be able to download the PAN card in PDF by clicking on the Check Status / Download PAN option. If you want a hard copy (laminated PAN card), then you have to make a payment of 50 rupees for this.
