After installing and activating the Plugin, click Tools >> Database Reset in your WordPress admin area.
As you can see in the above screenshot, you can either choose a specific database table or the entire WordPress database for reset. When you are ready to reset the table, then Paste the given security code in the 2 numbers option. It is to confirm that you really want to do this. when you hit the “Reset tables” button, it will reset your WordPress database.
If you want to re-reactivate the current plugins after resetting the WordPress DB, you can check the checkbox. Otherwise, uncheck it when you reset the WordPress database.
